    Ollen has overseen GreenToTee's elite junior programs for four years. In doing so he created different levels for juniors to strive for as they work their way into high school and college golf. Most of Ollen's juniors start out in group programs and as they progress, work their way into individual training.

    The key element of the Junior program allows you to know where you are in the system based on your current skill sets and abilities.
